From the North: Take US-23S to M14. Take Exit 3 onto Main St./Business 23. Take a slight left onto Packard St. We are just south of Pine Valley Blvd. Our clinic is in the big brown building on the right.
From I-94: Take the State St. exit (Exit 177). Head north on State St. Turn right on Eisenhower Parkway. Turn left onto Stone School St. Turn left onto Packard St. If you pass Pine Valley Blvd. you have gone too far. Our clinic is in the big brown building on the left.
***Our office is the furthest one in the back of the building. The closest entrance is through the back parking lot. However, the side entrance is handicap accessible. (North side of the building).
We are generally closed for the following national holidays:

- Labor Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving and day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve and Christmas
- New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
